    Product received on time, securely packaged and condition was good. Battery at 80% quality. However, listing didn't mention that it didn't have keyboard backlight and also laptop outer cover, palmrest and trackpad covered in textured decal. Contacted seller, who apologized and offered partial refund of $20 which I accepted and took a while to receive. A bit disappointed in the misleading descripiton but value was great, went out and bought replacement backlit keyboard and now it looks great.

    It is odd to leave positive feedback when I never received the item, but it was promptly shipped and when I pointed out the problem with the shipper (in this case UPS had the laptop moving back and forth between Louisville and Chicago when it was shipped from Ontario and I'm in British Columbia) the seller responded promptly offering a refund or replacement.

    Very happy with my purchase. The Thinkpad came in very good quality, and it certainly is like new. The battery unfortunately just was at 25% capacity so it was in bad condition, but the seller shipped me a much better one to compensate. Very great seller, it was easy to communicate.

    PC was packaged well to prevent shipping damage and arrived in very good condition. PC was clean and well cared for and cosmetically was in excellent used condition. PC specs were exactly as advertised. I started the PC and configured it to my liking immediately after delivery and have been running it ever since with absolutely no issues. I would recommend this seller.
