imaging and quality TOP NOTCH, solid solid solid
these AWESOME bookshelf speakers can handle it all, i use them for rear speakers on a 5.1 onkyo integra with POLK rt55 for my mains, and all i can is WOW, the imaging and quality are top notch, i wont buy anything else but POLK for now on. great as bookshelf speakers as well, they matched up great with my BOSE 201 series 2 which were my first speakers i ever bought back in the early 90s. IF U CAN GET them , GET THEM FAST, u wont be disapointed.

nice speakers for outside, heavy and solid, small enough to hide
nice lil speakers for the elements. i use them for the garage all year long and never had a problem with them. i mainly got them cause they are weatherized really good, but they do lack bass, but what do expect for speakers the size of a water bottle.

best receiver for the buck and bang
EXCELLANT RECEIVER, ive sold many onkyo receivers in my day and i know this is one of there lower powered ones but it has discrete circuits, its not intergrated like most of your cheaper models, so it sounds so clean, it also has one hell of a tuner that can pick up stations 100s of miles away without being amplified. Ive had it in my garage for a couple years now during all seasons and it still is going strong.
IF U HAVE THE CHANCE TO GET ONE, GET IT.
use it with a good pair of bookshelf speakers and u will be satisfied entirely.
