    The software is not included as they said. They will asked you to contact them in a private email to give you a link to get the software. The link doesn't work. They will ask you to copy & paste the link but it will still not working I asked them to send me the physical software but they refused to do this Practically, I paid for and incomplete item that I will never use because I didn't get the software �� I highly recommend to contact them through this app not in the personal email No sirve

    The software works, we have over 3000 clients using it, try disabling any pop-up blockers on your computer so that the software can download onto your pc, then open it in the downloads an it will work. we can upload the menus for you free of charge. The software does work, we contact you via email as we are not allowed to give contact info on ebay. You have full technical support. please contact us so we can help.

    Slower shipping than said it would be, but arrived with no damage and everything worked. That said, this is a android player that I could have purchased for $35.00; haven't seen any value add that made it worth the extra $200 at all. Contacted the company twice about setup, still no reply after a week.

    This is not just an android our signage software has been installed onto your player, without our software, then yes it becomes just an android and is obsolete. Other companies charge monthly fees for their software, ours is free for life and is actually on the player. Please reach out to us to create the design. Be patient during Covid.
