A very viewable sequel

I purchased this DVD to complete my 'Hellraiser' collection. The film itself turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The focus this time is less on the puzzle box, pinhead and the cenobites and more on developing a sense of motivation and mystery around the story's protagonist. A corrupt police detective whose life is a mass of conflict and contradictions. Genre and FX fans will not be disappointed either; as there are several scenes to remind the viewer that they are watching a horror movie. Hellraiser Inferno

I bought this film to complete my Hellraiser collection. I enjoyed it immensely. The story line, while different from the other films was amazing. I loved the ending. Hellraiser VI

I own all of the Hellraiser movies firt run except for this one,so when this came up for purchase on e-bay, I decided to complete my collection and buy it. Though not from Clive directly, this installment is still an important one giving us a glimpse into what those doomed soles are experiencing once they have made the fatal mistake of opening the box. Yawn. Not enough blood. More like a detective story.

I've always been somewhat of a hellraiser fan, and Inferno is no different.The basic premise is some person or persons descending into hell. It's the kind of creepy sick horror that i'm into .

average sequel

Decent sequel, not quite as good as the others, but it is worthwhile to watch or picking it up to complete your collection
