Finest Cider Book I have read.
The book covers the history, tradition and steps involved in making both sweet (unfermented) and hard (fermented) cider.
I have read several books on hard cider and have found none better. I enjoyed the sweet cider section as well, it was informative and full of general knolwledge and history.Lire l'avis complet...

Loved the book. Lots of great information. I bought the book because I am making my first batch of homemade hard apple cider and wanted to read about hard cider. It was worth the money!!!!
