    Fast postage I ordered set of pens Unfortunately the order what I received was wrong contacted the seller explained what I received was wrong And the seller give me a full refund straight away and was sorry about the mix up even through the order was wrong I will still buy from this seller mistakes happen but they was very good in communication about this and they did refund within 24hrs of contacting them GOOd CUSTOMER SERVICE SND QUICK RESPONSE 👍

    Excellent communications. Courier lost first order and after asking for an update, the company quickly got back to me offering a refund or the item I ordered, which I did and arrived promptly. Item, as advertised. First class service, thankyou 👍🏻😊

    Item was shipped out fast and is as described. Only recommendation to seller is maybe check messages on occasion as I made a mistake and wanted to order a larger quantity with my order but my cancellation was denied and I don't think my DM asking to cancel to swap the items was acknowledged. Overall, would order from them again though. Just have to make sure I have the right item in my cart next time.

    One thing you have to watch out for is that they really do fulfillment quickly. full box was sold out so I got half a box, it was a Saturday. Came back in the evening, they had a full box on sale, sent them an email, about why I wanted to cancel order, but it was too late. So maybe in about 6 months I will order again.
