Ordered Saturday morning and delivered Monday morning by Royal mail/ Royal Mail did email me on Sunday to say it was out for delivery that day which surprised me, later another saying it would arrive Monday which it did. And in all fairness there was a storm here on Sunday!. Arrived very well packaged, now installed in my clock and all is well

    Shipped promptly - arrived faster than some packages do from the States. Absolutely the correct part, as requested, and worked properly once installed and powered. Part appeared new as indicated, looked good and was VERY well packed. Definite good value, especially since I had to find an exact replacement to repair an existing clock. Many thanks especially for getting it shipped out this quickly over the holidays as well. Stellar job, would buy from again!
