    I've gotten a lot of projectors and equipment from ewaste places and normally they just throw it in a box and ship it off which is fine, but not these guys. They really went above and beyond, the packaging was immaculate, it brought tears to my eyes just knowing that my projector had a safe and happy trip over. Another ewaste problem is stuff needs repairs despite claiming it doesn't but this was perfectly as described, Great value for money, shipping was smooth and quick as well!

    Item arrived, well packaged, but with damage to one of the speaker drivers. Otherwise condition was as described. Seller provided a partial refund as a result of the damage.     I’m super happy with this purchase!! I purchased a used IPad mini gen 3 and the seller did an amazing service! It was shipped to me extremely fast. I was extremely worried about the packaging but it arrived and to my shock it was safely packaged! Product was exactly as described with only unnoticeable small scratches but otherwise great especially for the price! I will definitely be considering getting more from them in the future!     Atmos Sound is Astounding

    I upgraded my older Dolby sound system to Dolby Atmos. The sound system is not quite as simple as plug-and-play. It took a bit of time to get it connected to my Vizio TV. I cannot answer if it would become more complicated with a different brand of television. The sound is astounding and the remote makes it easy to shift input to the bar from HDMI-eArc to digital to HDMI. It also has extra HDMI ports so you can connect other items. The only problem I've run across is that if you have a power outage, the bar may have to be unplugged to get its programming back. The other problem I had was getting it to work with my ROKU. It was an easy fix though as all I had to do was go to the "audio" menu on the ROKU "settings" menu and set the "digital output format" to "passthrough." The Dolby Atmos ...

    Great Sound bar It surpasses my Samsung Q90R

    This is a great sound bar I really am impressed, I tried this out after my Samsung Q90R back speakers started cutting in and out to the point where I would just unplugged them. The only issues is that the sound bar seems to get confused when I am switching between my Ps5, Xbox and My chrome cast. I can be watching tv then decide to play a game and the soundbar just kind of gets lost and doesn’t play any sound. The only solution at that point that I have found is to completely turn it off and back on. Over all best subwoofer on a soy bar I have ever heard.

    good sound

    sound is good, it would be better if the rear speakers were wireless. stringing wires all over my living room is a mess. Also the prices could be better.

    Vizio elevate sound bar.

    Easy set up, great sound! Still learning the controls as the sound is very customizable. So far the default audio settings are fine. This new sound bar allowed us to turn off closed captioning! Now we can actually understand the dialogue.
