It was not in it's box, but rather wrapped together in packaging foam & bubble wrap only...no box, container or otherwise. Regardless, I'll say they did a fantastic job with said wrapping. It was tight, well cushioned to prevent damage, & once unwrapped, it was in fact brand new & functioned as such. Very happy with the purchase & would certainly buy from them again!

The date got pushed back a few times and no new updates were being posted to the tracking information. We made a couple of attempts to contact the carrier, but there was no record of where the item was or what happened. The seller was responsive and refunded me the cost of the item immediately. I would definitely purchase from this seller again, as I feel the problems occurred with the shipping carrier, USPS.
