Seller listed the stamps having a $120 catalog value, and when I provided him the actual value, he responded back with "maybe old value or error". But the USPS took 7 days to deliver this item that I had paid $7 S/H to seller for mailing and that shipper had arranged to be sent "Priority Mail" mailing, so I am disgusted by the delivery service that USPS (and their "Informed Delivery" tracking service, which is neither).
