    This is a unique piece to my collection. The alien came as described. The seller went above and beyond to protect the item I ordered. It came packaged well, even in a wooden crate! I already know I got a good deal, so when I seen the care it took to do this plus the weight in the shipping alone shows great customer service in protecting a buyer's item.. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.. I highly recommend this seller.

    Big Boost

    I once salvaged my XP laptop so I decided to get a second copy of it from you so I can get maximum 32 bit Windows performance. Max DDR2 800MHz, Dual Channel, and the theoretical 4GB memory. Except Windows is limiting me to 2.9GB so I only get 900 extra MB when I really should be getting so much more. But this is a big upgrade anyway, I didn't like being stuck at 2GB Dual Channel. It just didn't sound like a safe amount of memory for streaming up to 10-15 browsers at once with their own set sites (which is rare in my case). When the HDD dies, I'll give the laptop a hybrid drive and sell it for $110, mainly because of the Hybrid Drive and Memory upgrades.

    HP DV9500 DV9626US LAPTOP

    Works in HP DV9500 DV9626US LAPTOP, that has an amd turion x2 64 cpu and nvidia 7150/6300 video chip, 17" HP entertainment laptop. The amd 200 hammer chipset runs these speed stepping the memory as it does at max 667mhz so the 800 speed is not utilized in this case, but the timings are good so it's a worthwhile purchase.

    What You Would Expect

    There is very little to say...I placed it into my laptop to augment speed, and it appears to have done so quite nicely. Easy to install and easy to run. Exactly as I expected.

    just what I needed

    My wife's laptop was dragging along and had a slot open. This is what came with her computer had new so I purchased one and doubling the memory and it is again a usable device. That makes it cheap at twice the price.

    Great Product

    The Hynix RAM is a great product. I had 3GB Hynix in my laptop but needed 4GB (the max) to carry out the multitasking I was needing to do. With 3 GB my laptop was page filing an awful lot of data making it woefully slow. As soon as I installed the new stick of RAM there was a dramatic difference!
