The problems was nothing to do with the company that was sending the item it was with the delivery service, the corner of the Xbox was smashed where drivers obviously through items around but the company I bought the item from have been great 👍

The item, despite being sent in the Christmas period, arrived two days earlier than the earliest estimated delivery date. The item was exactly as described by the seller.
