The seller took care to also use bubblewrap around the boxed package of the figurine to prevent damage. Perhaps the only nitpitck was that the seller took a while to get back to me to confirm that the figurine had been shipped, as I assumed that it would be done within a few days. I spoke with the seller and explained the state of the item upon arrival and was given a partial refund. Luckily the damage was small enough that I should be able to repair. The seller did an excellent job communicating with me and working with me on the issue.
