Received item just as described and had several brand tags to proove authenticity as well as the box it came in. Could've been shipped out a little faster and had some extra padding in the box but still arrived in the window of time as advertised and was not damaged. Did a little touch up with the blood/teeth/mouth using a red sharpie and some fake blood and am now really happy with the product. Happy buyer!

I have no issues with this product or the company but shipping time could have been better. Please note to all buyers that the first UPS shipping choice is UPS SurePost which is fine but I don't like not knowing it was that since it can drastically change the delivery date once it's passed to USPS. It did take 4 days for it to be either picked up or dropped off with UPS. I didn't appreciate that but it delivered in time
