      A great plane, ideal for beginners, only one problem...

      A super easy plane to get started with... I bought this after a lot of research, deciding that the asx3 and safe select would give me my best chance of success as a total beginner... And indeed it was amazing. I bought this optional floats, and had some great fun, and a couple of mishaps... I understand the electronics are not meant to get wet, but unless you are quite experienced, the likelihood is quite high that you will dunk it a time or two as I have. And now it's basically junk... Right aileron and the motor simply will not work anymore... So that being said, if you've no plans to put it the water, then by all means buy this plane, but with all the integration needed to keep a plane this small as lightweight as possible it's nearly as expensive to fix as just buying another... My ...

      Best UMX do all plane ever created

      This flies great on floats or wheels, requires no modifications except trimming the LG pants so they don't hit the fuse. Perfect for a trainer and excellent for sport / stunt flying. It also has the ability to fly super slow, even backward with some headwind for that relaxing day of flying. Whatever your flying style this is definately one the have in the hanger.

      Excellent flight characteristics

      I want an RC plane that could land in a smaller space than most. This one does exactly what I was hoping for. The flaps on this amazing, light plane, allows me to really slow it down so I can land it without needing a lot of room. I highly recommend this cool item.

      Fun, fun, fun!

      What a nice little machine. Several of us in the club have them and we have great fun flying them together. There has been more than one mid air but that won't stop us. Our field is a lunar landscape and those big wheels are great. We have encountered a few quality control issues like parts not adequately glued. For example, my landing gear fell out in flight. There didn't seem to be any glue on the plastic piece that the gear plugged into. That has happened to at least 2 others. Despite that I would recommend the plane to anyone. A request to Eflite: How about selling it without the stickers?

      Great flap flyer.

      This is the next step up from the Sport Cub S, if you like the As3x/safe features. There are plenty of videos on YouTube that demonstrate the Timber's abilities. Wish there was a switch to turn off the lights for day flying as they drain battery, but is not a deal breaker. Fun to fly at dusk and watch it land with the lights. Flaps do help for quick lift on take off and slow gentle landings. Similar to the larger full size Timber, but less room is needed to fly. 300 mah battery lasts 4-5 minutes.
