Excellent deal, good communication, and fast shipment for three beautiful ceramic items (and two lids) that were separately placed in five large USPS bubble envelopes without attention for appropriate protection, and placed in a box with only one piece of carpet padding to protect them from post office handling during the trip. Two ceramic items were broken beyond repair, and one piece had an irreparable crack; none could be saved.
