powerful suction/cleaning
I still got a good deal, but the unit is some kind of mfg error. It works fine, strong and all, just there is a piece to switch from floor cleaning to hose and that is not there but rather just a standard hose and connector piece. It's all fine but it did throw me off a bit which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. I can still use it for stairs and floor no problem, so I'm basically happy with purchase, just wish it was perfect. It's True, My Wife and I Agree on Something!
It was a tough job - both my wife and I had to be pleased with this purchases. I liked the price of the Windtunnel 3 and she really likes the performance so - it's a winner. It sucked so hard on our kitchen floor I had to lower the handle to "pop" the vacuum up. Wow. It's also GREAT on dog hair (half German Shepherd/half Husky) so life is better now. Thanks.

Very good cleaner, convenient tools.
A great vacuum, cleans well on carpets and hard floors. A little awkward on stairs, too heavy to carry up and down. The HEPA filtration is very good for dusty environments.

Best vac ever
This was the closest to my 15 year old hoover that was dying. I vacummed with the new one after i vacuumed with the old one, and i got twice as much dirt. Holy cow does this thing clean! I swear it was picking up dirt from the basement! small stones, and mud chunks off hubby's boots weren't a problem, neither was the dog hair! The attatchments took the dog hair right off our suede couch! My aunt's Dyson can't touch the power of this vac! As a test I had an old saddle pad i was going to wash.. i figured before i washed it, I'd take the new vac to it. Good Machine
It gets dog hair left behind by my other vacuum. It's not very loud and works better than I thought. Emptying is very easy. It doesn't leave a lot of hair on the roller and my wife has very long hair.
