I notified the seller. They IMMEDIATELY to action, no questions asked, and shipped or reshipped items. However, it still took until March 13 for the items to arrive. I believe the first part of this was the sellers fault, but the second was the USPS. I give the highest marks to the seller for taking quick action to do what they could to rectify the problem to the best of their ability.

It’s a quality flag, very well made and worth the price easily. There was a shipping issue, but seller responded quickly and shipped me a new item at no cost. I am very satisfied and would absolutely do business again! A++++++
