FedEx appeared to have kicked the box, compressing and damaging 2 of the pops even though the pops were surrounded in bubble wrap insulation. Notified seller and of course blamed the carrier. Always have issues with packages coming from California. Really sucks for the blatant disregard of property for as much as they get paid. Favorable rating was for price and service, not for shipping.
