We’re happy with our purchase and fast shipping. Worth the expense over driving hundreds of miles for local pickup similar, lower priced items. Aeronsale was extremely responsive and diligent to ship these items to us quickly, quality customer service .

The item arrived in the original factory packaging that Dayton (a Grainger company) uses and although the factory attempts to pack the item well, with nylon zip ties and solid foam block protection, the cardboard box is simply not rugged enough to ship this kind of heavy item IMHO. I was lucky my item managed to somehow arrive undamaged.

It is refurbished as the seller stated, but the chair looks and feels brand new. Definitely worth the money. It was roughly half the price of a new Herman Miller Aeron at retail prices. I would buy from this seller again.
