It was a bit of a concern when I opened a box with only half of a chair inside. Sending a message to the seller, they were very polite and assured me that they would resolve any issue I had. I feel that I will enjoy this chair immensely.

Only criticism is it didn't ship for several days after the label was created, so it was a couple days after the expected delivery date before it arrived. Not a big deal for me though. Chair was in a good shape and well packaged in the box. I can tell they put some love into refurbishing it and looks great. Good value for the price vs MSRP; is it perfect? No, as advertised. Is it 75% off retail, yes :) Would shop with OfficeLogixShop again

First chair was perfect. One chair's label was destroyed and was shipped far away by FedEx. Box arrived resealed with a lot of clear packing tape and was roughly handled. The top edge of the seat back (packed separately from the base in the same box, thank you!) was scratched across the top edge from where the box had been crushed and torn, unfortunately.
