It's supposed to be a present so I appreciate the fact that the item was as described (new). My package arrived in a few short days and it was very well secured as well. You can tell the Custer really tries to ensure that your package arrives safely. I highly recommend this seller. USPS royally screwed up and took an extra week to deliver, but that isn't the seller's fault. Was expecting the steelbook to ship in a box (seller used layers of bubble wrap inside a padded envelope), but I'll admit that it worked well enough for protection. There is some minor damage on the back of the steelbook that wasn't documented in the listing, but that's to be expected considering what I paid for an OOP item.
