I requested a cancellation which was to be temporary due to choosing the wrong payment method then eBay came back a few hours later with an email entitled something like “your request for cancellation has been denied” and further stating in the message that item had shipped. Found out the seller never received the cancel request so this was eBay’s oops. It worked out in the end & shoes are adorable!
