The Dyson cleaner certainly operated well in a brief test with powerful suction after it was unpacked safely from it's packaging. We hadn't expected a full set of new 'tools' to be provided so that was a very welcome surprise. We wouldn't have known what and where to obtain them from. It arrived on the date promised, left by courier as arranged. A superior and effective Dyson model better than current ones. Thank you.
